The first independent national accounting of what crisis pregnancy centers tell the public.
Concerns had circulated for years, but they rested on anecdotes and small community studies. Drawing on only the first annual ChoiceWatch archive, the study captured every discoverable center website in the United States and measured what those centers actually reported on their websites. ChoiceWatch now holds three annual archives, so what this study measured once can now be measured over time.
Crisis pregnancy centers operate in all fifty states.
